Did you know?
- Our whole camp is off the grid and powered by sustainable solar energy, look out for our solar panels. With this in mind, we ask that you are mindful in your use of electricity and water.
- Our benches are made from recycled single use and other plastic, take a moment to enjoy the view.
- Reduce, reuse, recycle: make the most of our recyling bins, whilst Malawi doesn’t provide official recyling facilities, we like to ensure organic waste is used to the best of its ability and where we can reuse, we will. So please put organic waste into the compost bin, glass/plastic bottles and tin cans can be returned to the bar.
- The Last Straw: to reduce plastic waste, Rafiki Safari Camp opts not to provide single use plastic straws.
